We are currently looking for a proactive, communicative, and motivated intern who wants to grow in the field of human resources and become part of our team at the central office in Sofia.

What you'll do:

* Actively search and maintain a candidate database through various channels
* Pre-screen CVs and conduct phone interviews
* Listen to and evaluate candidates from the database
* Conduct face-to-face interviews and participate in the full recruitment process
* Test competencies and prepare recommendations
* Participate in meetings and projects related to recruitment

What we expect from you:

* Proactivity, willingness to learn and grow
* Excellent communication skills and business etiquette
* English - level B2
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Completed or ongoing higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or Business Administration is an advantage
