User Experience (UX) Designer - Forward Youth Program (TH/ID/VN/MY/PH)

Description du poste:

1. Complete the full-cycle experience design work from requirement analysis to interface implementation; 2. Participate in product prototype design, create low-fidelity/high-fidelity prototypes based on requirement documents, and deliver interaction/visual design deliverables; 3. Maintain design specifications, collaborate with product and development teams for requirement reviews and design solution implementation; 4. Collect user feedback and product usage data, optimize product experience details, and improve user satisfaction. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Talent Development Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. Profil requis du candidat:

Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a solid educational background in design-related majors and disciplines; 2. Relevant project research and practical experience, with demonstrable case studies and portfolio works; 3. Stay informed about technological and industry developments, willing to proactively think, learn and research, continuously expanding the depth and breadth of design perspectives, and seeking innovative changes; 4. Ability to independently complete information architecture, interface layout, operational workflows, high-fidelity design prototypes, or product visual design solutions, with comprehensive end-to-end design thinking and execution capabilities; 5. Excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and high execution efficiency, able to work effectively with internal and external teams to drive goal achievement and mutual success
