Amazon Private Brands aims to offer customers a wide selection of low-priced products with good quality. HPB sourcing team strives to deliver value products by selecting the best-in-class suppliers, track and improve supplier performance, and protect customer by proactive defect avoidance. We are looking for customer-obsessed interns to lead initiatives that further develop workflow automation, improve datamining and visualization. Internship will locate in Nanshan, Shenzhen.
The successful candidate will enjoy diving deep into data and identifying insights, as well as have a curious mind on manufacturing and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must be self-driven and have the analytical horsepower to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done and deliver results. Finally, the candidate must also be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively.

Key job responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth Product related data analysis to support business needs;
- Support Product Quality team AI Agent use case studies and prototype development;
- Build data pipelines and automation tools that integrate multiple data sources, enable real-time decision-making, and track key business metrics;
- Learn Amazon Data infrastructure and tools, extract and integrate data from Datawarehouse for holistic analysis;
- Work with cross function stakeholders, provide data supports, business updates and solutions

Profil requis du candidat:

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
- Graduate between Nov 2026 to Sept 2027, currently working towards a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management or similar;
- Proficient in SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation across large datasets;
- Knowledge of Python and experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, GitHub Copilot, Q) to generate, understand, and debug code;
- Strong prompt engineering skills with experience using LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar);
- High attention to detail, comfortable with "hands-on" task management, and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities;
- Work 4 to 5 days per week for at least 6 months;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience in business analytics, AI/ML projects or product quality management;
- Experience with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation tools, or MCP (Model Context Protocol);
- Familiarity with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue);
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau).
