What you will build
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support initiatives related to Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) in the Consumer Products (CPG) industry. This role will work closely with product managers, domain experts, and engineering teams to analyze business processes, document requirements, and generate insights that improve trade promotion planning, execution, and analytics.

This internship is designed for candidates interested in consumer goods business processes, commercial analytics, and enterprise software solutions.

What you bring

* Research TPM/RGM competitors in the Consumer Products Industry, especially trade promotion planning, execution, and settlement.

* Analyze new trends and best practices in CPG technology which can help to create strategic input for product roadmap

* Research and Analyze how AI/agents can accelerate the lifecycle of features from ideation to production

* Work with product, UX, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and validate business logic

* Support the development of business scenarios and use cases for TPM and RGM solutions.

* Assist in operational work during customer on-boarding

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Strong interest in the consumer products (CPG) industry, retail, or commercial analytics.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to structure business problems.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

* Knowledge of trade promotion management, sales planning, or retail analytics.

* Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc.).

* Exposure to enterprise business processes such as sales planning, pricing, or supply chain.

* Hands-on exposure to trade promotion management and revenue growth management in the consumer products industry.

* Experience working on real business problems and analytics use cases.
