What You Will Do

* 提供现场支持，帮助销售团队赢得关键设计项目并通过专业的系统应用服务扩展业务。
* 进行高速信号完整性分析，并为客户创建设计方案。
* 及时掌握与高速接口相关的行业标准。
* 与销售和营销团队共享客户信息。
* 与客户的关键工程师建立并维护良好的关系和信任。
* 执行管理层分配的其他职责。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* 熟悉数字电路原理、信号与系统及电磁场理论，具备扎实的专业基础。
* 拥有电路设计与测试的实践经验，能够将理论知识转化为实际能力。
* 理解通信原理，具备相关知识储备。
* 精通电路设计、PCB设计、电磁场仿真及电路仿真，技术全面。
* 能独立完成电性能测量，确保产品质量。
* 拥有优秀的口头及书面沟通能力，能够清晰、简洁地传达信息。
* 具备团队协作精神，能够在多元化团队环境中高效合作。

What Will Put You Ahead

* 熟悉高速信号完整性，掌握前沿技术。
* 熟练使用至少一种仿真软件及PCB设计工具，具备设计与验证能力。
* 能熟练操作矢量网络分析仪或示波器，具备精确测量能力。
* 具备高速电路仿真和设计经验，具备项目实战背景。
* 熟悉PCIE、IEEE、OIF等行业标准，了解行业前沿动态。
* 了解高速连接器相关知识，具备系统级设计视野。
