和飞利浦医疗苏州有限公司的其他各相关部门合作医疗设备生产质量管理的相关活动。运用数字化的技术统计学技术分析生产质量数据，充分挖掘识别飞利浦医疗产品质量改善方向；充分学习了解各国医疗器械的法规要求（如FDA/EUMDR/ISO13485等），以确保产品的合规性；通过学习运动多种质量工具和手法提升飞利浦医疗影像产品质量。
您的职责是Your responsibilities
* 推动飞利浦医疗设备(CT/MR/iGT/Ultrasound/DXR等)的生产质量改善。
* 运用数字化的技术统计学技术分析生产质量数据，充分挖掘识别飞利浦医疗产品质量改善方向。
* 根据各国医疗器械的法规的要求（如FDA/EUMDR/ISO13485等），以确保产品的合规性。

· 本科或硕士学历，生物医学工程／医学影像/ 电子工程等专业
· 有数字化工具(如PowerBI,office,Python等)学习使用相关经验者优先
· 良好的沟通能力和表达能力，能够洞悉客户需求
· 诚实、敬业，具有团队精神，能够承受一定的工作压力
· 较好的英语听说读写能力(CET4及以上)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
