Key Responsibilities
* Support the automation of manual processes through digital tools and data-driven solutions.
* Assist in identifying opportunities to solve business challenges through digitalization or artificial intelligence applications.
* Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
* Prepare clear and structured data visualizations, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.
* Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate functions, to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Key Deliverables and Expected Outcomes
* Improved efficiency through automation of selected manual processes.
* Effective support for digitalization projects across multiple functions.
* Reliable and user-friendly dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equvalent.
* Programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
* Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
* Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
* Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives.
* Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools.
* Interest in applying digital or AI solutions to business challenges.
* Initiative and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks

* Duration: 6-12 months
* Working Time: Minimum 3 days per week
