As an Academy Intern, you will support the daily operations and event execution of Wayfair Academy's supplier training programs. You'll work closely with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate logistics, communication, and administrative tasks that ensure smooth and professional delivery of our training sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program coordination, event operations, and supplier engagement within a fast-growing global e-commerce environment.

What You'll Do

* Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing meeting links, and coordinating between internal teams and external vendors or speakers.
* Support material preparation, venue setup, and shipment of training-related items. Ensure all logistics run seamlessly before and after each session.
* Handle invitations, participant communication, and training announcements across multiple channels (email, WeChat, internal tools).
* Coordinate with design, marketing, or third-party service providers to manage training promotion and material production timelines.
* Maintain and update training schedules, attendance records, and event summaries to ensure accurate and organized reporting.

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree student, preferably in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
* Good communication and coordination abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience in Canva or event tools is a plus.
* Comfortable using online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Tencent Meeting, Teams).
* Fluent in Mandarin and conversational English.
