The Position

1. Support the daily work of the registration operations team
- Assist in the preparation (translation/proofreading) and archiving of registration operations materials
- Assist in proofreading drug instructions or related documents
- Assist in completing data entry and verification
2. Assist in managing and optimizing operational systems, information platforms and tools
- Assist in work system optimization projects
- Assist in completing report export and production
- Assist in data analysis work
- Assist in designing and developing new work platforms or tools
3. Assist in completing logistical work for the registration operations department
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, book meeting rooms, mailing and printing, etc.
