Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Job Responsibilities
You will support the Marketing team in day-to-day operations and project execution, including but not limited to the following:
Marketing Materials Support
* Assist in editing and organizing marketing collateral, product brochures, and other promotional documents.
* Support the proofreading and updating of both Chinese and English marketing materials.
* Update and revise documents based on existing templates and guidelines.
Marketing Materials Management
* Assist with the distribution and inventory checks of marketing materials, brochures, and promotional gifts.
* Support material production coordination and logistics arrangements.
* Maintain and update the materials inventory list.
Marketing Event Support
* Assist with the execution of trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns.
* Assist with the preparation, packaging, and shipment of event materials.
* Support event data collection, information organization, and on-site event coordination.

General Operations Support
* Assist with daily departmental coordination and task follow-up.
* Provide support for ad hoc operational projects and assignments.

Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to execute tasks efficiently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Able to read and organize English-language marketing materials.
* Available to work at least 3 days per week; a minimum internship duration of 3 months is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Previous internship experience in marketing, exhibitions/events, marketing operations, or graphic design is a plus.
