This position reports to:Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
1.协助处理船用项目取证事宜，包括收集，整理和检查船用项目船级社认证资料，并按要求跟进图纸退审进度以及船用项目证书取证进度。
2.协助项目管理工程师处理安排客户见证（会议室预定，FAT邀请准备等相关事宜）
3.协助项目管理工程师安排发货；
4.项目最终资料收集、整理及提交
5.完成主管安排的其他工作

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
1. 本科在读, 机械，电气等等相关专业；
2. 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件
3. 能看懂机械图纸
4. 良好的英语沟通能力；
5. 掌握微软Power平台的数据分析工具和知识
