Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
* Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
* Support HR Operations related work, including onboarding, First Day Introduction, on-demand letters preparing, offboarding, etc.
* Involve in all kinds of HR projects.
*Support Benefit-related employee communications and gift distribution, including sending emails from a shared mailbox and coordinating shipment of employee gifts.
* Other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Detail oriented and willing to deal with routine work.
· Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload.
· At least 2~3 days a week and can work for 6-8 months for Daily Intern
· Good English in both verbal and written.
· Good command of PC skills.
