Job Description:
Support with Talent Acquisition
* Coordinate and organize interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Proactively assist in developing the Airbus Tianjin Delivery Centre (ATDC) talent pool to support future hiring needs.
Support with HR Digitalization & Analytics:
* Maintain and optimize the HR Google Site, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
* Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports to support data-driven HR decision-making.
Support with Global Mobility:
* Support global mobility operations, including immigration/visa processing and Chinese social security administration for international assignees.
Other administrative support if needed:
* On site logistics for deployment of ATDC trainings
* Manage official document stamping, archiving, and the P-file (Personal File) transfer project from Beijing to Tianjin.
* Execute general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
