Program Details:
* Start Date: July 1st
* Application Deadline: April 30th
* Location: Zagreb
* Duration: 3-6 months
* Flexible working time & hybrid work model
* Having a chance to receive a full-time employment offer in one of our other CE countries (Poland, Hungary or Czech Republic) with diverse career perspectives. Please note that a full-time offer in Croatia will not be available after the completion of the program

What You'll Do:
Your work will be significant from day one. You'll join a multifunctional team, directly engaging in business development and decision-making. Here are some exciting projects you could take on:
* Collaborate on new product launches, assessing financial impacts with brand and sales teams.
* Explore business opportunities in emerging channels like e-commerce and discounters.
* Enhance cost competitiveness in our manufacturing processes.

Your Role:
* Finance Leader & Business Partner: Influence business decisions with your financial insights.
* Problem Solver: Analyze market dynamics and provide data-driven recommendations.
* Risk Taker: Own significant projects from day one, streamlining

Job Qualifications
Are You the Right Fit?

* Are you a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student, or a recent graduate interested in Finance?
* Can you communicate effectively in Croatian and English?
* Do you possess strong leadership and analytical skills?

* Do you excel at managing your time and achieving ambitious goals?
