We are looking for a Customer Activation Trainee to join our team in Zagreb! In this role you'll be closely working together with and support the work of our Trade Marketing and Sales teams.

Your key responsibilities will be:
* Analyzing business performance, updating sales reports, tracking results and supporting decision making
* Monitoring portfolio listing implementation status versus plans
* Provide support in promotion organization and following-up results
* Monitoring sales execution (in-store, leaflets etc.) and tracking gaps versus plans and agreements
* Assisting the POS specialist in the process of POS management (e.g. collecting needs from distributors, track delivery)
* Making sure that key information from Trade team (e.g. pictures of executions), or from distributors (e.g. IMS data, stock status, sell out data) are stored properly
* Coordinating the orders for sales samples, free goods and products to the office

* Active student status for ideally minimum 1 year still ahead
* Excellent project management skills
* Precise, able to work with details
* Can manage complexity and multiple projects at the same time
* Independent, hard worker
* Resilient and able to respond under pressure in an FMCG environment
* You speak English and Croatian fluently
