Role

Are you curious about how digital solutions enable clinical development in a global biotech company? Do you want real responsibility, not just routine tasks, while studying?

We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Digital Enablement team in Copenhagen. This team sits at the intersection of business and IT. We are not software developers, we are the bridge between clinical teams, quality, regulatory, and technical experts. Our role is to ensure that digital systems and data support the business in a smart, compliant, and connected way.

Digital Enablement is part of Digital Development and supports Clinical Development by strengthening digital capabilities, data, and IT compliance oversight. The team consists of eight members. As the team is new and still evolving, you will have the opportunity to help shape parts of the role together with us!

The position is based in our Copenhagen office and reports to the Director, Digital Enablement. The expected workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around your university obligations. We are looking for someone who can stay with us for at least one year.

Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day compliance oversight, including distributing and tracking surveys with vendors of digital solutions.
* Assist with access management and service desk incident resolution.
* Support periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance and data integrity.
* Participate in testing new system features and providing feedback before deployment.
* Help maintain and update data flow diagrams for our digital landscape.
* Contribute to projects and improvement initiatives of manual processes and strengthening digital solutions.

Requirements

* Enrolled at a University in Copenhagen in a program in pharmaceutical sciences, IT, engineering, or a related field, preferably at the beginning of your studies.
* Genuine interest in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
* Service-minded with strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Demonstrates initiative, positivity, and accountability.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented, structured, and responsible.
* Excellent written and spoken English.

About You
* You are genuinely passionate about our purpose
* You bring precision and excellence to all that you do
* You believe in our rooted-in-science approach to problem-solving
* You are a generous collaborator who can work in teams with a broad spectrum of backgrounds
* You take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team
* You can grapple with the unknown and be innovative
* You have experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic company (or a strong desire to)
* You work hard and are not afraid to have a little fun while you do so!
