Description du poste:

Overview

Provide day-to-day IT support at HQ: laptop imaging and provisioning, end-user support, basic data/sheet analysis, and assorted IT tasks to maintain smooth laptop operations.
Responsibilities

1. Image, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops using standard images and deployment tools.
2. Apply OS updates, install required software, and perform hardware checks.
3. Provide first-line user support: account/password resets, printer/support peripherals, basic application troubleshooting, and ticket intake.
4. Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff and follow up until resolution.
5. Maintain inventory of assets and update asset management records.
6. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for asset tracking, user data, simple reports, and basic data analysis (filters, pivot tables, charts).
7. Participate in onboarding/offboarding (account creation, device setup, access provisioning/deprovisioning).
8. Perform periodic hardware cleaning and basic cable management in the office.
