Join our #SEGreatPeople https://youtu.be/VbldHPFltQQ 🏢Departament and Project description: As a Marketing Performance Analyst Intern for the Nordic Baltic zone, you'll support the Nordic Baltic Marketing team with data driven insights and help shaping our marketing strategies and optimizing campaign effectiveness. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics primarily focused on marketing automation and PR and providing actionable recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be working in our Barcelona based team of four Marketing Analysts and reporting to our Customer Experience & Analytics Manager. In this role you will be working together with Marketeers, Channel Mangers, Offer Managers, Business developers and other colleagues both locally but also globally. 🚀 What will you learn? Marketing Automation Performance Assessment Support with regular updates of the email dashboard and the marketable database dashboard ( Opt ins) Provide regular reporting on marketable contact evolution and email performance across the Nordic Baltic zone. Provide insights and actionable recommendations on SMA performance to improve database coverage, open rate and Click to open rates. Paid Campaign Performance Assessment: Support in tracking and analyzing campaign effectiveness across various channels and segments using tools such as Tableau etc. Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, conversion rates, leads/ROI for different tactics/channels to evaluate performance and propose improvements to enhance user experience and to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns based on data insights Brand and PR Performance Analysis: Assess brand performance by country and channel/segment: Brand Awareness (Quantity): Measure brand visibility and reach Brand Recognition (Quality): Evaluate brand perception and sentiment Tier 1 and C-level Engagement: Analyze interactions with top-tier stakeholders 🔍 Are you who we are looking for? You're studying a relevant degree such as degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or equivalent Passion for marketing, digital strategies and enhancing customer engagement An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving The ability to make data-driven decisions and visualize them in an easily understandable way Attention to detail "Can-do" and positive attitude to challenges and opportunities Effective teamwork and collaboration skills Effective communicator capable of interaction with different stakeholders Fluent in English Experience in data analysis tools and software like Excel, Tableau, SEMrush, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, SimilarWeb is meriting. Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings. The schedule is flexible and you can start between 8 and 10am. To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months. Be available to start in May. High English level.
