About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position in our Food and Beverage Department in Jumeirah Mallorca
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
* Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
* Create memorable dining moments through expert menu knowledge, upselling opportunities, and polished food & beverage service.
* Prepare and maintain the outlet for seamless operations, ensuring tables, trays, and service areas are set to brand standards.
* Act as a knowledgeable ambassador of the company, confidently advising guests on restaurant offerings, in-house services, and local attractions.
* Support smooth daily operations through accurate order taking, efficient communication between kitchen, bar, and service teams, and timely service delivery.
* Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team by assisting colleagues, maintaining grooming standards, and upholding hygiene, safety, and compliance procedures.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification
* Studies related to hospitality
Experience
* Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.
Skills
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of and passion for Food and Beverage
* Must possess interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
* Ability to work flexibly, adapting to varying schedules and hotel occupancy demands
