AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Within the Future Concepts organization, you will:
- Support the design and implementation of organizational workflows and methodologies to streamline the development of new System of Systems concepts.
- Contribute to the development of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) frameworks to harmonize departmental work methods and define critical interfaces between upstream conceptual stages and downstream design phases
- Optimize the department's digital environment by evaluating and proposing tools (including GenAI) that enhance collaboration and data continuity within the engineering lifecycle.
- Define structured documentation protocols and digital knowledge management systems to ensure technical traceability and effective information sharing across the design lifecycle.
- Propose and develop analytical dashboards and KPIs to monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and overall team efficiency.

These activities will provide you with hands-on experience on:
- Structuring workflows and implementing management methodologies within a newly established, high-tech engineering environment.
- Developing a deep understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and their practical application in harmonizing complex design lifecycles and technical interfaces.
- Acquiring practical expertise in transforming raw engineering and project data into actionable insights through the development of KPIs and strategic dashboards.
- Understanding the management and optimization of complex digital toolchains and software environments used to support end-to-end product development.

The following tools will be available to carry out the assigned tasks: Google Workplace, LookerStudio, Confluence, Jira, Cameo.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, IT, Telecommunications Engineering or related areas, with an interest on MBSE, Management or Industrial Organization
- Level B2 English.
- General knowledge in System Engineering, Data-driven decision making and Digital Transformation
- Skills valued: analytical and problem-solving skills, technical management and process mapping, team spirit and great collaboration skills, prior knowledge on the tools required in the position.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
