KIMPTON LOS MONTEROS MARBELLA is an ode to the Mediterranean, a tribute experience to the golden years of Marbella in the 70's with 195 rooms and suites, different gastronomic spaces, swimming pool, spa, sports areas and the most beautiful views of the coast.

What will the internship be like?
As a Sales Trainee you will learn to:
Your day-to-day
Support the day-to-day execution of the hotel's marketing activities, helping bring the Kimpton brand to life across all touchpoints.
Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media, website and internal communications.
Collaborate in the coordination of photoshoots, events and on-property activations, ensuring every detail reflects our brand personality.
Help monitor social media channels and online reputation, supporting responses and engaging with our community.
Provide support in tracking campaign performance and gathering insights to continuously improve our marketing actions.
Assist in keeping marketing materials and brand assets updated and well-organized.
Work closely with different departments (F&B, Rooms, HR, etc.) to support storytelling and promote hotel experiences.
What we need from you
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of colleagues and customers.
* Display excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
* Candidates must possess strong analytic and presentation skills as the role will frequently interact with marketing, business development and sustainability personnel in customer facing sales opportunities.
