Retail People Training & Development Intern

Our Retail Academy Department is looking for an intern to join the Onboarding & Retail People Development team. Your mission will be to support the Global Head of Retail People Development in the design, coordination and implementation of learning initiatives worldwide. You will gain exposure to how retail learning is created and delivered in one of the most important luxury fashion houses, supporting both global and local projects.
What is important for the role: Degree in Organizational Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Previous experience in retail or retail training is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in any additional language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, etc.) is an advantage. Attention to details, organized, willingness to ask questions, ability to follow up. Digital skills, ideally with experience in tools for design (i.e Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe, video-editing software). Creative mindset with an interest in visual storytelling, content creation, and video design. Strong interest in retail, training & luxury. Internship Requirements To join our internship program, please ensure that you meet the following requirements: You must currently be enrolled in a university or an accredited Business School and be eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution. If you are an EU citizen, you will need a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number). If you are a non-EU citizen, a valid work permit is required. The internship duration is 6 months, with full-time availability preferred
