Project Services Intern (Summer 2027)

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Project Services Intern to join the Electrical Infrastructure Team in West Hartford, CT. The Project Services Intern will perform system design, system layout, and supporting component design using a combination of CAD software and custom applications.

The ideal candidate will be available for a summer internship from May through August 2027

Profil requis du candidat:

Education:
* Mechanical or electrical coursework preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
* Three years of coursework with group design projects preferred, but not required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
* Good drafting skills.
* SOLIDWORKS experience required.
* AutoCAD experience is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to read and understand drawings (mechanical, electrical, and architectural), as well as bills of material/cut lists.
* Ability to read and understand specifications.
* Basic understanding of electrical principles, NEC code requirements, and UL preferred.
* Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work on a cross-functional team
