About the Role
The Legal & Finance Intern will support Uniphore's legal and finance department by assisting with legal research, contract review, compliance initiatives, and day-to-day legal operations. The Legal and finance Intern will work closely with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders on a variety of corporate, commercial, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters.
Legal/Finance Intern
The Legal/Finance Intern will provide hands-on support across both the Finance and Legal functions, gaining broad exposure to corporate operations, financial processes, and legal matters. This internship offers an opportunity to work cross-functionally with business leaders, attorneys, finance professionals, and operational teams on a variety of projects and initiatives.
Finance Responsibilities
* Assist with special finance projects and operational improvement initiatives
* Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational information
* Support administrative and operational activities for the Finance organization, including documentation, tracking, and process coordination

Legal Responsibilities
* Support the company's legal department with legal research, contract review, and compliance initiatives
* Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and records
* Support corporate, commercial, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters as needed
* Assist with policy development, contract administration, and legal operations processes
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal and business requests
* Support special projects and administrative tasks for the Legal organization

Hiring Range: $45 - $68 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes the option to enroll in our medical High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), ModernHealth, our mental health support provider, and will be eligible for our sick time-off plan.
