Production Intern - Visual Merchandising

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Production Intern to join its Visual Merchandising team, supporting the Retail Animations team in New York City. As a Production Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the production of pop-ups and in-store activations, assisting with the compilation of budget proposals, samples, installation schedules, and tracking project progression throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong visual sensibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including budgeting, formulas, and pivot tables, as well as other Microsoft Suite programs, is essential. A foundational knowledge of 3D imaging software is required, with Rhino preferred (Sketch-up accepted), along with a willingness to expand upon current knowledge. The ability to decipher architectural drawings and technical schematic plans is crucial. This opportunity requires a proactive individual who works with a sense of urgency, can reprioritize efficiently, and is eager to learn new programs independently. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC We are open to Full-time summer or 6-month contract starting June 1st.
