IT Operations Intern - NEO

Louis Vuitton is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join our NEO (IT) team in New York City. As an IT Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the configuration management database (CMDB) within the IT Operations function. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of configuration item (CI) data and CI relationships across infrastructure, applications, network, cloud, and end-user environments.
The IT Operations Intern will support operational effectiveness by providing accurate configuration data for incident management, problem management, change management, asset visibility, service mapping, and audit readiness. This position involves close collaboration with IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Application Support, Security, and Asset Management teams to maintain a reliable system of record for technology services and their dependencies.
We are excited to speak to candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and ServiceNow is highly preferred. The ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly is essential. Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC We welcome candidates that can commit to 6 months on a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week starting in June, 2026.
