Manufacturing Engineer (MOE) Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated MOE Intern to support ongoing Manufacturing Engineering (MOE) projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and lead technical projects across multiple operational areas
* Provide day-to-day project support to individual MOE team members
* Proactively identify improvement potentials and implement optimizations ideas
* Assist with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings, including:
* Meeting scheduling and moderation
* Agenda preparation
* Action item tracking
* Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation.
* Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives and help troubleshoot problems in different production processes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:
* Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
* Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions
* Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations
* Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)
