Job Description

Request for summer intern to assist Garrett operations with three data entry projects from May - August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

* Data collection and upload for warehouse data (supplier raw material pack dimensions & weights, rack dims) into ERP system
* Data collection and categorization of maintenance spare parts into tracking system
* Manage vendor incoming raw material supplier label compliance including tracking, data verification, follow up
* Collect data (weights/dimensions) from incoming raw material shipments or product stored in warehouse
* Upload large amounts of data into Microsoft applications, PowerBI, Excel, ERP system
* Manage vendor label compliance project including creation of tracking document, collecting data, follow up with global suppliers for compliance.

Requirements

* Field of study: Business Analytics, Data management, Data Analysis
* Working knowledge of: Excel Intermediate to Advanced, PowerBI, Power Automate, Access Database, Microsoft applications
* Ability to meet goals and work independently (unsupervised)
* Ability to multi task
* Effective communication skills
* Project management experience
