Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a Global Operations Summer 2026 Intern to support our Partner Marketing Operations Team within the Global Marketing Operations organization.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on, enterprise-level experience at Lenovo's U.S. Headquarters while working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, finance, and operations. You'll help support the operational backbone that enables partner marketing investments-learning how marketing budgets and funding processes connect to pipeline and revenue impact.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

You will support day-to-day marketing operations activities, including:

* Assist with Alliance Partner Market Development Funds (MDF) processes, helping ensure funding requests and documentation are accurate, complete, and aligned to process requirements.
* Monitor Lenovo purchase requisitions (PRs) and support visibility into status, timing, and required follow-ups.
* Track marketing budget projects, including spend visibility, basic reconciliation support, and timeline coordination to enable smooth execution

What You'll Learn (Development Exposure)

This internship is designed to give you practical experience in how a global technology company runs marketing operations with partner funding programs.

You'll Learn

* How the technology industry uses Market Development Funds (MDF) and how they can translate to pipeline and revenue impact.
* Marketing budget management fundamentals and how to track marketing investments in an enterprise environment.
* The role marketing operations plays in driving scale, compliance, and efficiency in a technology-driven organization.
* How marketing, sales, and finance collaborate to plan, execute, and measure growth initiatives.
* Exposure to enterprise tools and workflows such as Ariba, Anaplan, and Alliance tools

By the End of the Internship, You'll Be Able To

Role

You will leave with resume-ready capabilities that can translate into future roles in marketing operations, business operations, analytics, finance, and technology marketing:

* Explain how MDF funding supports partner marketing programs and connects to performance outcomes.
* Maintain organized tracking for marketing budgets and operational workflows, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Communicate clearly across stakeholders, supporting operational updates and follow-through in time-sensitive situations.
* Build familiarity with enterprise procurement and planning systems commonly used in global organizations.

Mentorship Support

You'll be supported by experienced professionals on the Global Marketing Operations team through:

* Structured onboarding to tools, processes, and expectations
* Regular check-ins and feedback to support your growth and learning objectives
* Opportunities to ask questions, build confidence, and understand how your work connects to broader business outcomes

Qualifications

* Current undergraduate majoring in Business, Accounting, or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive tasks
* High attention to detail with strong organization skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Location Work Schedule

* Location: Lenovo U.S. Headquarters, Morrisville, NC
* Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
