Factor Form Growth Intern

Factor Form is seeking a highly motivated Growth Intern to work directly with the Head of Growth. This role will focus on applying analytical rigor, executing cross-functional projects, and supporting strategic initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Influencer & Affiliate Admin: Identify potential brand ambassadors, manage outreach pipelines, and track sample shipments.
* Content Coordination: Assist in managing the social media calendar and basic community management (responding to comments/DMs).
* Growth Support: Help execute email marketing campaigns and SMS blasts via platforms like Klaviyo or Postscript.
* Market Research: Keep a pulse on supplement trends, competitor moves, and new "viral" ingredients or marketing hooks.
* Operations & Admin: Maintain organized folders for creative assets and update weekly growth tracking spreadsheets.
Invoice Management: Track, organize, and execute invoicing across marketing partners

* Current Undergraduate: Ideally studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

New York Pay Range
$25—$25 USD
