Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Supply Chain Distribution Planning Intern - High Watches High Jewelry for Fall 2026 to join our Supply Chain team based out of our New York City office.
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will contribute to the success of Louis Vuitton's supply chain operations, with a particular focus on supporting the High Watches & High Jewelry activity. This internship offers a unique opportunity to help manage stock allocation and client orders across the Americas while supporting strategic projects tied to data analytics, reporting, and event coordination.
You will collaborate closely with Retail, Merchandising, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Center, Repair Center, and regional Supply Chain teams to support exceptional product flows, client order fulfillment, and inventory optimization.
We welcome candidates with a strong interest in distribution, allocation, or supply chain, particularly within a luxury or fashion environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business results into actionable insights Interest in the luxury retail landscape; familiarity with RTW and Shoes is a plus Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL is preferred; familiarity with Python is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships with stakeholders Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, ownership, and follow-through Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study. Recent graduates are also welcomed to apply. Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC We welcome candidates that can commit to a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week from September 2026 to December 2026.
