(COMPANY NAME) is hiring an Undergraduate Public Relations & Communications Intern.

This position will be a hybrid work model and offer partially remote with some onsite work required in El Segundo, CA.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assist with day-to-day media and social media activities to support our Space Workforce 2030 initiative
* Assist with ongoing social media creation, daily channel monitoring, and general channel management of Space Workforce 2030 social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram)
* Develop multimedia elements as needed to complement communications projects
* Develop strategic social media campaigns targeted to generate audience growth and drive conversation for SWF 2030 updates
* Ongoing measurement and analysis for the Space Workforce 2030 social media channels
* Partner with other company departments, such as community relations, human resources, diversity and inclusion, and various other business functions on external communications
* Partner with SWF 2030 signatory companies' communications teams to incorporate their content into the SWF 2030 social media channels

What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
* Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university program pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline.
* Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks outside of university term and ability to return to a degree program full-time after completion of the internship.
* Demonstrated writing skills and understanding of AP Style.
* Able to move from one project to the next.
* Ability to assist and support with writing and publishing
Minimum GPA of 3.0
* This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
* GPA 3.5 or higher
* Writing samples portfolio
* Undergraduate or graduate work in Public Relations, Journalism, Technical Communication, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field preferred.

We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
(Min - Mid - Max)$21.00 - $23.00 - $26.00

Pay Basis: Hourly
