Communications Intern

Function: Corporate Affairs & Communication

Reports to: Communication Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract

We are seeking a proactive Communications Intern to support internal and external communication efforts, content creation, and corporate engagement activities.

What you will do:

* Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns across multiple channels.

* Assist in preparing leadership communication materials, including messages, announcements and visual content.

* Help coordinate and organize internal events, including town halls, engagement activities, and internal campaigns.

* Draft and edit internal communication materials.

* Maintain and update internal communication platforms.

* Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and collaboration.

Who we are looking for:

* Fresh graduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

* Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

* Fluent in English (spoken and written).

* Strong organizational and creativity skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools are a plus (Canva, vedio editing, etc.).
