What you'll do:

We are looking for a Master's or Bachelor's thesis worker to conduct a study and execute a pilot project focusing on production real-time situation awareness. The project leverages current digital systems and technologies, with particular emphasis on SAP work queue design and the path towards MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions. The role supports Distribution Center (DC) growth and the production ramp-up of a new product.

The primary responsibilities of the thesis worker are to:
* Conduct university-level thesis work aligned with business needs
* Design and manage a production real-time situation awareness pilot project
* Support faster and more effective system integration to improve process performance

Qualifications

We are looking for a final-year university student who is seeking a thesis opportunity and meets the following criteria:
* 0-1 years of relevant work experience
* Field of study: Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a similar discipline
* Good understanding of manufacturing and production process flows
* Digital mindset and general IT know-how
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Cooperative team player who collaborates smoothly across functions
