MiniMeParis has been established 4 years ago and focused on prêt-à-porter & accessories. The company has been featured in a series of fashions weeks (Paris & Shanghai) & international magazines since its creation. The business is rapidly expanding with the strongest demand coming from our workshop offering. You will be working directly under the supervision of Marie Marquet, MiniMeParis's founder & creative director who previously worked at Chanel & Hermes.

We are looking for an executive assistant that will ensure the smooth operation of our workshops. You will be in charge of managing clients, end-to-end (from reservation to feedback-follow up). We are considering profiles wishing to do an internship of 3 months minimum, with an option to transform into a full time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational sense, attention to detail and be pro-active. Our customer base is at 80% international. Standard compensation for internship will be applied with an option of bonus basis on performances.

Your role includes, but is not limited to:

External (e-mail + social medial) & Internal (during workshop) Communication with clients
Management of workshop reservations
Presentation of the brand & workshop to clients
Capacity to advise & interact with guests during the workshop
Sales advise to clients in our shop following workshop
Taking photos during workshop for clients use and social media account of MiniMeParis
Contacting potential partners for client referral purposes
Developing partnerships with new prospect clients

Profil recherché

* Excellent verbal and written command of English. French is a plus
* Experience in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.

* Outgoing, friendly and resourceful * Work independently & proactive
* Strong attention to details & operational focus
* Experience working in a startup is a plus

* Previous knowledge of using Photoshop & excel
* Indicate if you have knowledge in industrial sewing and hat making (optional)
