Job Description

You are joining our Primary team within the Global Securities Settlement department, who is looking for a Primary Securities and Distribution Fees Manager, for an internship 6 months in from December 2025.

Composed of 14 employees, GMO Securities Settlement Primary manages the implementation of debt issues made by Natixis for its own account or for third-party issuers, recorded in different information systems. From Paris, GMO Securities Primary Settlement takes care of the operations processed by the Sales/Traders of the BGC (Corporate and Multinational Banking) regardless of their location (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris, London, Frankfurt, Milan, New York).

The main tasks are:
* Emissions: Check documentation and ensure codification and creation of titles with our agents as well as clearing stations;Booking: Ensure that the booking of trades in the systems is correct, consistent and compliant with internal requirements and corresponds to the products sold to the Customers;
* Settlement Delivery: Handle and instruct delivery settlement operations vis-à-vis counterparties and investors;
* Lifecycle management: If necessary, manage and control and pay for events on issues throughout the life of the product;
* Commission apporteur / distributrice: Calculate, control, validate and pay the commissions (Upfront et Running);
* Cash breaks Management: Check and ensure the cash/securities/accounts reconciliation of all processed operations

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* APAC specific payment support and invoice verification;
* Manage with Trade Support the booked operations pending invoice
* Client reminders for unpaid commissions before 2025
* Booking of commissions to be paid or received on syndication operations.
