In Lazard's Paris office, our Investment Banking Real Estate team, Lazard Immobilier, is involved in a variety of activities, including:

* Asset transactions: Acquisition/disposal of portfolios or single assets, and sale-and-leaseback operations
* Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Financing on behalf of major real estate players
* Advisory on real estate strategy and valuation of real estate assets

Our team is looking for an Intern from January or March 2026 for a 6-months period. The position is based in Paris.

We'll trust you to:

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to prepare marketing presentations, interact with clients, take part in different phases of a project (commercial, strategic analysis, initiation/execution of the transaction), etc.

You'll need to have:

* Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year at a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master's degree (Year 2) with a specialization in Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering
* At least one experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance, etc.)
* Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluency in English
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong work ethic, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, curiosity, enthusiasm, and team spirit
