YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Within the Global Operations Talent team, this apprenticeship/internship will take place in Paris at our headquarter starting from January 2026.
Global Talent Director for Operations will support you to thrive in your missions:
* Supporting Talent processes such as talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning (~35%)
* Animating and supporting our game changing development programs such as OPS Female Mentorship, Evolution and others (~25%)
* Leading onboarding related project in Operations (~10%)
* Participating and facilitating the skills related projects from framework development to implementation (~35%)
* Understanding what Talent management is and developing new skills (100%)
THE BENEFITS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP/INTERNSHIP:
* Develop your skills in Talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, skills development, analytic skills, project management, community animation.
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work
* Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from EUR1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:
* Available from January for a duration of 6 months
* You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school
* Language : Fluent English is a must
* Softwares : you are Excel pro master and at ease with with Power point and Canvas, curous and wants to know more about the PBI
