Job Description

You are joining our team within the Global Markets Operations department of the Collateral Management OTC Derivatives division, which is looking for a Market Operation Manager (F/O) for a 6-month internship from June 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Calculate margin calls, send and receive notifications, manage exchanges with counterparties and the settlement of flows (cash and securities);
* Ensure the management of suspense (cash and securities) related to the activity;
* Ensure the reconciliation of portfolios with counterparties, which includes analyzing and monitoring discrepancies in collaboration with the settlement, front office, and risk teams;
* Manage events related to executed margin calls (interest and day-to-day disputes);
* Anticipate, analyze, and propose solutions to manage operational impacts;
* Contribute to the phases of expression of needs, user recipes during the deployment of system evolutions;
* Manage the various and varied requests of your counterparties.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+5 student, you are preparing a university degree from a business school with a specialization in Finance.

You are responsive, rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills;

You have a good knowledge of the Front-office processing chain - Operations, financial products (derivatives) and related events;

You also have the ability to work in a team.

Having VBA skills is an asset.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
