Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our team, which is looking for one Asset Management Analyst, for an internship 6 months from September 2026.
The objective of Asset Management is to define the valuation strategy for buildings under management (rental, technical and sales), and to implement this strategy.
You will work within the Asset Management Offices division, and in collaboration with all of AEW's teams: Fund Management, Legal Department, Investment Department, Technical Department.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Prepare the annual business plan (campaign);
* Direct asset management on a few assets;
* Work on operational tasks related to assets delegated by the Asset Managers;
* Work on transversal tasks (specific studies, market analysis, surveys, collection and synthesis of information to guide the strategy of certain assets).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance and/or Real Estate.

You have good analytical skills, are able to identify risks and are constantly updated on real estate markets;

You are an organized, rigorous, and orderly person. You are able to manage priorities and have a taste for teamwork;
