Overview:
The Showroom Wholesale intern will support the Wholesale team throughout the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the FW26 sales campaign. The ideal candidate is dynamic, outgoing, and solution-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Your main missions will be :

Pre-Campaign missions (Before FW26 Sales Campaign)
* Coordinate office and showroom preparations, including the procurement of all necessary materials (bathrobes, sewing kits, pens, etc.) as well as online orders (coffee machine, groceries, etc.).
* Assist in scheduling and confirming client appointments.
* Support the setup and installation of the showroom.
Campaign missions (During FW26 Sales Campaign)
* Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
* Present the brand's storytelling, collection overview, and key product highlights to buyers.
* Assist sellers and Area Managers in the order-taking process.
* Support fittings, model dressing, and look coordination as required.
Post-Campaign missions (After FW26 Sales Campaign)
* Participate in the dismantling of the showroom.
* Provide wholesale administrative support, including order entry, product availability checks, and follow-up on cancellations.
* Input orders into Joor and the company's ERP system.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Previous experience with Joor is an asset.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Outgoing, dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
