Обязанности:

* Support the implementation of routing process development projects
* Monitor key efficiency and operational model performance indicators within the sales process
* Assist the sales team in implementing changes to the operating model and developing new concepts
* Process distributor reports, upload data into relevant systems, and prepare reports as required
* Participate in the launch of new projects and collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing, Sales)
* Monitor sales team KPIs across all trade channels through field performance evaluation
* Identify and implement effective solutions to enhance sales team performanceТребования:

* Fresh graduates, final-year students, or early-career professionals with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
* Fluent in Georgian; English proficiency at B2 level or higher
* Strong ability to work with large datasets; advanced MS Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities
* Systematic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
* Availability to work full-time
