Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Trainee who is eager to develop within a luxury hospitality environment to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this trainee position offers hands-on experience within the reservations department, supporting daily operations and gaining exposure to guest communication, booking processes and pre-arrival coordination. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow within Aman.

Responsibilities
* Support the reservations team in handling guest inquiries via email, telephone and online platforms.
* Assist in processing bookings accurately within the reservations system.
* Provide information about the resort, accommodation, services and experiences to guests.
* Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
* Assist with pre-arrival arrangements and guest requests.
* Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Learn and follow Aman standards, procedures and communication guidelines.
* Support administrative tasks within the reservations department as required.

Requirements
* Currently studying in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Previous internships or exposure to hospitality is considered an advantage but not essential.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with Opera PMS or Fidelio is an advantage but not required.
* Fluency in written and verbal Greek and English.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Good organizational and communication skills.
* A positive, adaptable and guest-focused attitude aligned with Aman values.
* You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
