What you will do:
This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career. If you are fluent in English, have great analytical skills and like challenges, feel free to apply, and we will teach you the rest!
Your tasks will include:
* Tender document preparation
* Organize and maintain sourcing database
* Contact external stakeholders e.g. energy supplier
* Create RFP (Request for Proposal) documents from the gathered data in excel spreadsheet
* Provide recommendations for improving the sourcing process
* Collaborate with other internal teams
* Supply contract management
* Pick up requests in internal system about site closure/site opening
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange changes to supply contracts
* Quality check of contracts prior to sending them out to signature
* Internally administer the changes in the systems
* Contract administration
* Support Sourcing teams in tender closure activities
* Manage accepted round creation
* Manage internal database upload of signed agreements
* Ad-hoc support
* Participate in project assignments and other activities on an ad-hoc basis
What we need from you:
* Ongoing university studies in Hungary
* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
* The primary language for this position is English, therefore advanced and active English knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)
* Any other language knowledge is an additional benefit: German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak/Czech,
* Skills that will make you successful in your new position: Attention to details, critical mindset, analytical thinking, and great communicational skills
* Be familiar with MS Office, especially Excel
* A friendly, helpful and cheerful team is waiting for you to join them, so being a team player will make you fit right in

* Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule)
