Your Task
This role offers an opportunity to gain insight into the business background of cutting-edge IT solutions at Germany's leading technology company. The position is designed for a proactive and fast-paced student to help the IT management team coordinate global processes as a partner. You will be an active participant in international recruitment, implementation of global Sales and Marketing strategies, and complete daily business operations. This is a hybrid position requiring office presence only 1 day per week with potential for full-time employment after graduation.
Responsibilities
* Business & IT Enablement: Provide operational support to the IT solutions management team by driving day-to-day business processes and decision support.
* Talent Acquisition & Growth: Actively participate in expanding the international team and selecting talents through coordination of recruitment processes.
* Global Sales & Marketing Support: Strategically support global teams in creating presentations, business reports, and decision-making materials.
* Process Management: Track and maintain business processes using the latest tools in Microsoft 365.
* Innovation: Proactively propose new digital solutions, particularly AI-based ones, to increase efficiency
Profil requis du candidat:
Your Profile
We are looking for a versatile, proactive and fast-paced student to help our IT management team coordinate global processes. The ideal candidate should have technology affinity, be digitally proficient, and be able to work independently in an international environment.
Must Have Skills
* Active student status (any field of study, though Economics, IT, Marketing or HR is an advantage)
* Technology affinity and interest
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fast-paced and owner-minded personality
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility
* Fluency in English OR German
* Interest in IT and AI technologies
* Availability for 20-25 hours per week
Nice to Have Skills
* Background in Economics, IT, Marketing or HR
