Sourcing Intern

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Sourcing teams are responsible for conducting procurement procedures up to contracting for tenders within assigned category group, following defined sourcing process and contributing to implementation of category strategies. They are applying best practice methods in order to achieve optimal results for the Company, in accordance with internal procedures. The purpose of the Sourcing Intern position is to support the team's work with these activities.

Main Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to sourcing team members and sourcing manager
* Support the team with reporting-related activities
* Gather and analyze data to provide insights to enable team goals
* Contribute to operational procurement in monitoring and expediting of deliveries
* Contribute to claim management
* Contribute to master data management (materials, vendors, categories) of operational procurement
* Perform all other delegated professional tasks related to Sourcing operation

Requirements

* Ongoing University (MA/MSc) or College (BA/BSc) studies in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical and problem-solving thinking
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Highly organized
* English B2, local language is preferred
* Microsoft Office and ERP system knowledge
