Your Task
We are seeking a Trainee to work on customer and monitoring tickets while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to service level agreements.
Responsibilities
* Working on customer and monitoring tickets
* Perform accurate, precise work, including pre- and post-documentation of each task
* Keep SLAs by ensuring the quick handling of tickets
* Start escalation procedure in case of CBI high or Critical issues
* Improve the knowledge base
* Cooperate with other resolver teams

Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated Trainee with active student status who possesses strong language skills in English and German, basic IT knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to work in a customer support and monitoring environment.
Must Have Skills
* Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
* Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
* English B2 level proficiency
* German B2 level proficiency
* MS Office knowledge
* Basic IT knowledge
* Good communication skills
