Main responsibilities:
* Support & coordinate the initiatives and projects within Controlling Enablement team. Monitor the status and progression of the transversal projects, in coordination with key project stakeholders (Data Integrity, User Support & Training, Business Enablement, Digital teams).
* Help with the coordination of monthly performance KPI reviews and dashboarding.
* Support the internal documentation management project.
* Drive and support internal process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

About you

Experience:

* Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in Finance, Economics, IT , Engineering or related subjects

* Min. 20 -hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

* Systems: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, ) - mandatory,

* Problem solving, analytical skills

* Good communication skills

* Attentive to detail and works with precision

Languages: Fluent in English
