Legal Intern

We are seeking motivated 4th or 5th year law students for a 6-8 weeks internship with the Legal & Compliance team at Hilti India. The ideal candidates should have a strong academic foundation in Contract Law and Company Law, prior internships with reputable law firms, and excellent legal research and drafting skills.

This internship provides hands on exposure to in house legal work, contract lifecycle management, compliance processes, and corporate advisory.

What You'll Bring
Educational Requirements

* 4th or 5th year students enrolled in a 5-year integrated LL.B. program.
* Must have good knowledge in Contract Law and Company Law.
Prior Experience

* Previous internships with established law firms (mandatory).
* Exposure to commercial/transactional teams is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

* Strong legal research and writing skills.
* Good understanding of contract structures and legal terminology.
* Ability to analyze statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
* Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
