Job Description:
Perform basic molecular biology techniques and support studies related to AMR and infectious disease.
Retrieve, curate, and manage genomic datasets from repositories like NCBI GenBank.
Conduct bioinformatics analysis using standard tools and databases for strengthening assays.
Analyze sequencing data to identify and interpret prevalent AMR genes, mutations, plasmids and sequence types.
Assist in selection and validation of molecular targets for MDx kit development assay
